From the start we see the corrupt cop duo, Bob and Terry, go against all sorts of challenges in the most comedic and politically incorrect fashion. This “cops vs. robbers” style of movie shows us hilarious scenes, such as them sharing cocaine in a bathroom stall with their informant and walking into a murder scene telling the sobbing wife to shut up in the least compassionate way possible....
